WHAT WE DO
If you have a one off event such as a drive in cinema, drive in festival or any kind of drive in event there are a number of things we are able to do in order to get you on air.
We have used our years of broadcasting experience, our knowledge in electronics and our expertise in providing equipment and services at outdoor events to utilise modern technology to provide the perfect audio delivery system for you.
Necessity is the mother of all invention
How it works
You contact us prior to the event, and give us a few details, we will then recommend an option for you to use. You decide which is the best for you.
Option 1
At £50 for the hire of the equipment, £150 for staff attendance, and a fuel charge, we attend the event, we erect the system for the event (minimum time 15 mins), we stay for the duration whilst monitoring the system and reception. We then pack away when everything’s over.
Option 2
For £50 a day we hire the equipment to you on a day rate giving you easy to understand instructions on how to set things up. If your event is over a number of days, the above options are still open to you, but the final price obviously changes.
Option 3
If you have a permanent site the system is exactly the same.
In this instance we would either dry hire over the time period with maintenance costs included, or sell you the equipment directly. It’s your choice, you decide.
Variations
As the size of the area to be covered varies massively, we are able to fine tune the system using various tuning tools, and “Focus” the transmission into a selected area, in effect forming a geo fence.
The easiest way to envisage this is to imagine a torch light that can be focused; we can start off with a wide beam, and concentrate that wide beam into a type of laser light where the beam is tight and concentrated on one area or point.
The system that we hire on a daily basis, is exactly the same as the system we use when we send out a member of staff, the only difference is that our staff will have the various tools and knowledge to adjust the system on site.
We are open to most scenarios, simply give us a call, have a chat with us, and we will give a no obligation quote or advice to your next steps.

For further details and to have a no obligation chat
The initial step of our process ensures that we fully understand your requirements and goals in your project whilst recommending an optimal solution.
A no-obligation quotation will be created for your project.
After conducting a site survey during the consultation period, we fully assess your requirements to ensure we and you fully understand and anticipate the costs involved before the formal quotation hits your desk, and before any work begins, which gives you the peace of mind that our price is the end price.
For reassurance when you need it most, we offer audio and visual maintenance, where we support contracts at a variety of levels to suit your needs. From same-day call outs to next working day support, to 24hr response. We can support any audio visual equipment that we install to keep you up and running.
